Each session will follow a nervous-system led teaching approach broken down in three phases:
PHASE ONE
Establish your baseline- quick check-in to ground the nervous system and address stress-management techniques through slow, mindful yoga practices like breathwork, gentle body movements (somatics), hatha and yin
PHASE TWO
Scaffolding- layering on from your baseline, we add on to your yoga foundation with more fun and engaging, dynamic yoga (hatha vinyasa, bodyweight conditioning).
PHASE THREE
Set & Repeat- Piece it all together and repeat, letting the body build strength and mobility in this loop. Notice the difference in how your state shifts, from before to after the session.

Movement has always been part of my life —especially during my 8-year corporate career, where training harder helped me cope with stress and pressure.
But when recurring back and knee injuries appeared after pursuing yoga professionally, I realised the issue wasn’t effort — it was capacity.
Working harder doesn’t work when the nervous system is already overloaded. Strength without regulation eventually wears the body down. That realisation reshaped how I teach today.
I now help high-achieving women rebuild strength, mobility, and resilience through strength-based yoga, mobility training, and nervous system regulation — so their bodies can support the lives they’ve worked hard to create.

Just sign up and we'll set up an onboarding call to start the process. Depending on your goals, there might be a little homework for you between our online sessions. Don't worry it's nothing complicated, we want to set ourselves up for success, not disaster.
Wherever you want, really! Because this is an online session, all you need is a yoga mat and strong internet connection◡̈ Props are always bonus to have, but not always necessary.
